On the discovery call, you'll be chatting with either Kayley or her program manager for a quick 15-minute phone conversation. This call is a no-strings attached call to evaluate your goals and the missing pieces in your puzzle. We want to get to know you better and see if our Ditch the Diet program could be a good fit for both of us.

We offer a personalized weight-loss strategy and accountability. Every person is different from their metabolism to their lifestyle so we work hands-on with every person to create a customized weight-loss plan based on their goals.

Our Ditch the Diet Signature program include custom meal plans, one-on-one dietitian coaching, texting accountability, functional lab testing, online education, personal training, and therapy depending on the program. We also offer our Ditch the Diet Jumpstart program which focuses on 1:1 and small group coaching.

We will work with you to determine what program will work best to reach your goals.

We currently accept BCBS, Aetna and United insurance. 

 We offer two levels of programs: DTD Jumpstart and DTD Signature. Jumpstart is primarily insurance-based ($99/mo) while our Signature program is primarily an out-of-pocket investment. The Signature DTD program is a SIGNIFICANT investment and insurance only provides a discount to this program. 

If you do not have any of these plans but you are in Texas, we can send you a Superbill for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance provider. We also take HSA/FSA cards.
